Your people.

01

A soundtrack for the river

Ella Langley is our proposed headline recommendation. Artist availability, a family-appropriate set and production details come before any booking announcement.

Artist recommendation only. Not booked.
02

Local flavor, front and center

Discover participating food vendors, makers and neighborhood favorites. Use the app to find them, unlock offers and return after the festival.

03

A smoother family day

Plan parking and shuttle trips, find accessible facilities and build a day around your family’s pace. Quiet spaces and sensory-friendly options belong in the plan.

Dates, ticketing, artist lineup and permits will be announced after confirmation. Festival visuals illustrate the proposed experience.

02 / THE CITY APP

One app.
More New Braunfels.

The festival is the beginning. The year-round City App brings events, local discovery, useful services and community benefits together in one welcoming place.

Your next favorite place is closer than you think.

A shared city calendar, family-friendly recommendations and participating local businesses. Find a concert, a market or a new lunch spot without piecing the day together across different pages.

iOS + Android planned · Accessible design · Family mode
For residents

Your city, more accessible.

Free resident access, easy-to-find information, accessibility filters, community notices and a clear way to share feedback.

For local businesses

Discovery becomes a return visit.

Promote eligible offers, see verified redemptions and connect with sponsors who want to invest in local success.

For the city

Year-round value you can measure.

Understand event demand, support local commerce and report program revenue, costs and community benefits transparently.

What makes the app feel effortless?

Large touch targets, readable text in sunlight, screen-reader support, English/Spanish content, family settings and downloadable trip information. Payment confirmation always shows the final total. Offline payment acceptance requires a separately approved payment design.

How do maps, parking and tracking work?

Planned Google Maps integration connects places, river access and shuttle routes. Parking indicators come from verified sensors or attendants, with timestamps so old information is not mistaken for live availability. Shuttle GPS and reusable active tube trackers require tested hardware and coverage. An NFC wristband alone does not provide GPS tracking.

How is visitor information protected?

Optional location sharing, caregiver-controlled family settings, restricted staff access and aggregated reporting. Sponsors receive campaign performance, not individual movement histories. No sale of children’s data. Public financial transparency does not mean public personal records.

A PRACTICAL CASE FOR THE CITY

A better visitor day.
A stronger local economy.
A clearer public record.

Give residents one place to find what matters, help businesses turn discovery into customers, and evaluate every event against a published community scorecard.

01

Access that includes more people

Free core information, accessible routes, family settings and an assisted enrollment option.

02

Local growth with evidence

Verified offer redemptions, repeat visits and merchant settlement reports.

03

Accountability from the beginning

A bounded pilot, agreed costs, resident feedback and a public report before expansion.

FOR THE BRANDS THAT BELIEVE IN A PLACE

This year’s presenting sponsors
can help shape generations
of tradition.

The most meaningful brand stories become part of people’s lives. Help a family make its first river memory. Help a local owner meet a new regular. Help turn one great gathering into something New Braunfels looks forward to together.

FIRST SEASON

Help it begin.

Support a responsible launch, useful visitor services and welcoming experiences.

EVERY SEASON

Keep it growing.

Stay connected through local events, relevant offers and sponsor-funded resident benefits.

FUTURE GENERATIONS

Belong to the story.

Build lasting goodwill through consistent service to the community, measured and reported.

Explore the sponsorship experience

Partnership opportunities are proposed. No presenting sponsors are confirmed.

A CITY PLATFORM WITH STAYING POWER

The value doesn’t
end on Sunday.

A transparent commercial model can help support the platform and community programs year-round. Select a revenue stream to see how it works.

CONTRACTED PARTNERSHIPS

A brand deal with a community purpose.

Annual presenting partnerships and sponsored experiences can fund useful services. Brands receive agreed placements and fulfillment reports, while the community sees the benefit commitment.

Where value goes
Agreed platform operations, event delivery and community allocations

Full transparency. Clear boundaries.

Publish the fee schedule, event totals, operating costs and community allocations. Give each merchant their own settlement report. Give sponsors evidence of delivery. Keep residents’ personal information private.

City revenue shares require a written agreement. Ticket sales and merchant spending are not automatically City income. Donations stay separate from operating revenue.

GOOD NEIGHBORS. GOOD CURRENTS.

A celebration should
give back to the people
who make room for it.

Residents are hosts, too. A proposed free Resident Pass would bring early booking opportunities, participating local offers and sponsor-funded benefits, with clear eligibility and a way to enroll without a smartphone.

Protect driveway access, plan for noise and traffic, restore shared spaces and publish how concerns were resolved. Resident benefits depend on funding and City approval.

A COMMUNITY WITH HEART

More people included.
More good made possible.

02 / MILITARY VETERANS

Honor service with action.

Invite City-selected veteran organizations to shape meaningful outreach, accessible participation and sponsor-funded opportunities.

03 / AUTISM ACCEPTANCE

Belonging, at every pace.

Plan quiet spaces, visual schedules, caregiver-friendly information and sensory-aware activities. Accessibility should not require disclosing a diagnosis.

Proposed community priorities. No charitable partnership or endorsement is implied.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING WORTH COMING BACK TO.

Same river.
Brighter tomorrows.
